Latest Insights on Homelessness

We serve adults experiencing chronic homelessness through our Motels4Now (M4N) program. People in these circumstances have experienced repeated instances of homelessness and often struggle with addiction, a severe mental health disorder, and/or disability that prevents them from accessing a traditional homeless shelter.

New research shows chronic homelessness has increased by nearly 80% in the U.S. since 2016.

A infographic showing the change in homeless population since 2016, with a large orange bar indicating a 79% increase in chronically homeless individuals, a pie chart dividing homeless vs non-chronic homeless individuals with 66% chronic and 34% non-chronic, and smaller data points showing decreases in homeless families and veterans by 4% and 10% respectively.
